Reviews
Most friendliest caravan park we've ever stayed at. Deb and Graham were wonderful hosts. Loved the facilities, so modern and clean. Loved the no smoking and no pets policy. Will be back! Peter & Janice
we stayed a week, and honestly can not say anything bad about this park. it was a pleasure to be in a traveler friendly park, with everything handy. should be more parks aimed at grey nomads rather than paying for toys we have long left behind. congrats keep up the good work, will visit again.
A well managed park that is a delight to find in such a rural setting. Excellent amenities, with home like touches, well equipped camp kitchen. Being early October the temperatures have been in high 30s, but most days there was still a cool breeze, and lovely to sit back and relax and watch the emus and kangaroos casually wander by. ps bring some meat for the very friendly magpies.
This is a park where management have got it right. Wonderful hospitality, amenities that are new & spotlessly clean. Sites that are large with good space. Clearly the best park in Charleville & in our view the best in the west. Good for one night or a number of weeks.
Cant fault this park
Great place to stay. Close to town, large sites with easy access. Facilities are very modern and always spotless thanks to managers Caroline and Nev. The nightly campfire provides the opportunity to meet fellow travellers and swap yarns. Owners Deb and Graham are also available for information and advice.A very relaxing and friendly place to stay. We will certainly be back.
Just stayed for three nights at the Bush Cottage it was like home away from home..very peaceful setting. Really loved the sunset hill and then the wildlife that came to visit every afternoon made it very special. I would recommend it to any one who would like a weekend away in the peace and quiet but only a few minutes from the heart of Charleville.. Would also recommend the 2 hour bus tour which shows you all the old buildings and the building going on to try to stop the town flooding in the big wet. Very welcoming park managers and also the owners when they are at home and not off on tour to some other part of the great outback.
For starters.I have not stayed at this park only found out about it from review in Caravan world.looks certainly like a place i might get to some time. Its nice to read comments and get a reply from the opperators of the park as mostly reviews are given and the opperators for 1 reason or another cant be bothered to reply to comments. My ratings are based just on reading the possitive reviews on your park.
"Thankyou". Our recent stay in the 'Bush Cottage" was just perfect. everything we needed and more. beautifully surroundings with lots of privacy and peace and quiet. The cottage is fully equipped, so grab your toothbrush and settle in. Your hosts Deb and Graham and the managers Nev and Caroline are available for anything you might need and some great local knowledge. Beauty and value in one place.
Stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Quiet and friendly atmosphere. Unique and positvely inovative management approach to ensuring that the facilities will exceed the industry standards by a long way
Great to stay at a park and not have to put up with other peoples pets
This park is simply exceptional. It is ideally located close to Charleville. The amenities are spotless and the attention to detail, like bath mats, extra towel rails, well sealed glass shower doors and air freshner make you think you're in your own home. The sites are level, large and reasonably shaded. Graham and Deb are incredibly welcoming hosts and readily share their in-depth knowledge of the district. We are looking forward to revisiting this gem of a park which outshone all the parks we visited in our two months on the road.
Thank you Maree for such a lovely review of our park. We did a lot of research before we built this park. You and many of your fellow travellers have loved staying while they enjoy Charleville. We look forward to seeing you back again soon.
What a fantastic park, the best we have ever stayed at. The amenties were spotless, just like our own home. The park is located in a natural bush setting with lots of wildlife close by. The park was so peacefull and relaxing we decided to extend our stay for an extra week. The managers were lovely people and made us feel very welcome. We had great views of the stars most evenings as we sat around the camp fire. The park is located about 2 kms from Charleville and has town water, mobile phone and TV reception. Will recommend this park to all my fellow travellers.
