Reflections Restaurant is truly a treat for the tastebuds.
Located within the Quality Inn Dubbo, the Reflections Restaurant raises the bar on contemporary Australian cuisine. Owner and manager Kerrieanne Nichols leads a team dedicated to serving up the best produce in town, with the top quality range of Robert Oatley wines backing it up.
The kitchen is spearheaded by Chef Jai Rajadurai, a culinary maestro with more than 10 years’ hospitality experience. His résumé features the likes of the Marriott Hanbury Manor and the Marriott Grosvenor Square in England, and his career has taken him from the UK to Dubai, the Maldives and now Australia.
The menu is a smorgasbord of fresh local produce and is ever-changing, reflecting what’s in season. For entrée, you might enjoy the lemon pepper Szechuan squid with Thai leafy salad, or perhaps the smoky Moroccan lamb cigars with haloumi, grilled vegetable salad and harissa yoghurt.
Moving on to mains, savour the Spanish seafood paella with prawns, scallops, mussels and chorizo, or get stuck into the twin hogs: a slice of roasted pork loin and braised pork belly with mushy pumpkin and apple compote. Tempted? We thought so.
Stop by from Monday to Saturday for dinner or a drink and we guarantee a meal to remember. Just be sure to save room for dessert.
