Narromine is Australia’s oldest regional aero club, formed in 1929 and still active today. The museum showcases a number of exciting displays including the Aero Club Scrapbook, The Vic Hall collection, Rolls Royce Merlin 25 aero engine and the diorama model of the aerodrome. By prior arrangement, a few historic aircrafts can also be viewed. These include Australia’s only flying replica of a Wright Model A Flyer, a Tiger Moth trainer, Sabre jet fighter, and the world's only Hawkridge Venture glider, built at Dubbo in 1953.
